Water Fitness

Our Underwater Gym is a 225 square foot, warm water exercise pool that provides a great environment in which to gain the benefits of exercise without suffering from gravitational forces associated with traditional fitness programs. It provides the optimal setting for participants with land-based restrictions.

The Underwater Gym is equipped with specially designed underwater machines such as a bike, treadmill, stepper, rower, and trunk station. Water temperature is kept at a comfortable 92 degrees Fahrenheit. The soothing warmth and buoyancy of the water make it a safe, ideal environment for managing conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, neurological disorders, post-surgery rehabilitation and/or simply to add variety into your fitness program.

The therapy pool is NOT INCLUDED in the regular membership package but is an add-on service. For details on Fitness Center rates see our Membership Options page.
