WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN
This strength training class is designed specifically for women. Have fun while improving your strength, shape, muscle tone and bone density with our most popular class.
MONDAY,
WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY
12:00pm – 1:00pm
5:30pm – 6:30pm

CORE CONDITIONING
Strengthen and tone the muscles of the abdomen, hips and spine.
TUESDAY &
THURSDAY
5:15pm – 6:00pm
$7 per class or 8 classes for
$45
Tai Chi
This class is an introduction to Tai Chi basics including proper alignment, structure, rooting and deep core relaxation for increased vitality, energy and health. Tai chi basics are forms of Wu style and basic Qi gong.
SATURDAY 9:00-10:00am
Classes are taught by instructor Amanda Archuleta
